These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the use of the Movefy mobile application and all related services. By using the application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. General Information

Movefy is an information-based mobile application providing AI-powered travel planning, multi-destination itineraries, budget tracking, hotel search, price predictions, AR landmark identification, and sustainability tracking features.

Information provided by Movefy is not considered financial, legal, official travel, or investment advice. All travel decisions are the responsibility of the user.

2. Account and Usage

• User is responsible for the accuracy of information provided
• One account is intended for one user only
• Sharing accounts is prohibited
• Minors under 18 cannot use the app without parental or legal guardian permission
• Users must provide accurate email and personal information during registration

3. Service Access

No payments required. There are no subscription tiers, trials, or hidden fees. All features are available to all users immediately upon account creation.

Service availability. While the service is currently free, Movefy reserves the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future with advance notice to users.

4. AI and Recommendations

• AI-generated itineraries and recommendations are estimates and suggestions only
• Real-time changes may occur in prices, availability, and venue information
• Movefy is not liable for incorrect, outdated, or delayed third-party data
• Users should verify all critical information (flights, hotels, bookings) independently
• Final travel decisions and bookings are the sole responsibility of the user
• Google Places data is used for verification but may not always be 100% accurate

5. Budget and Finance

• Budget tracking features are for personal use only
• Movefy is not a bank or financial institution
• No liability for financial decisions made based on app data
• Receipt scanning uses OCR technology which may have errors
• Users should verify all financial transactions independently

6. Camera and AR Features

• Camera access is used for landmark identification and AR features only
• Photos are processed temporarily and not permanently stored on our servers
• Landmark identification results are AI-generated and may not always be accurate
• Users retain all rights to their photos

7. Prohibited Use

Strictly prohibited:

• Illegal use or violation of any laws
• Falsification of data or impersonation
• Reverse engineering or copying the application
• Use of bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Harming, harassing, or threatening others
• Attempting to access other users' private data
• Uploading malicious content or viruses

8. Data Protection

User data is protected per our Privacy Policy. Anonymous aggregated data may be used for analytics and AI improvement. We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.

9. Account Termination

Movefy may suspend or delete accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activity or fraud
• Security risks or abuse of service
• Prolonged inactivity (over 2 years)

Users may delete their account at any time through app settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Movefy is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This includes but is not limited to: travel disruptions, booking errors, financial losses, data loss, or third-party service failures.

11. Modifications to Terms

These Terms can be updated at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of new Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

Movefy integrates with third-party services that have their own terms and policies:

• Google Places API and Google Maps
• Booking.com API for hotel search
• Firebase for authentication and push notifications
• Payment providers (if applicable in future)

13. Intellectual Property

All design, content, AI models, algorithms, logos, and trademarks belong to Movefy. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without written permission.

14. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of their trip data and preferences. By using the app, users grant Movefy a license to use anonymized data for service improvement and AI training.

15. Jurisdiction and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Movefy is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Force Majeure

Movefy is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including: internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, pandemics, wars, or legal restrictions.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
